Se ordenó poner en conocimiento a un tercero con interés legítimo sobre el proceso de la referencia, toda vez que se omitió la notificación correspondiente.
En consecuencia, el Juzgado competente deberá intermediar en su comunicación sobre la sentencia de primera instancia, para que éste tenga la oportunidad de impugnarla, si lo considera.
Cumplidas las actuaciones a que hubiere lugar, de conformidad con lo anterior, el expediente deberá ser remitido a la Corte Constitucional, para su eventual revisión.

- Primero. Poner en conocimiento de la sociedad constructora INTERPLAN S.A., por intermedio del Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá D.C., la nulidad saneable derivada de no habérsele notificado la iniciación de la presente acción de tutela, advirtiéndole que si la alega dentro de los tres días siguientes a la notificación de este auto, se declarará la nulidad de lo actuado a partir del auto admisorio y se tramitará nuevamente la tutela, con plena observancia de las garantías propias del debido proceso.
- Segundo. Si la nulidad a que se refiere el numeral anterior no fuere alegada dentro del término indicado, el Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá D.C. notificará a INTERPLAN S.A. la sentencia de primera instancia, para que tenga la oportunidad de impugnarla, si a bien lo tiene.
- Tercero. Cumplidas las actuaciones a que hubiere lugar, de conformidad con los numerales anteriores, envíese el expediente a la Corte Constitucional, para su eventual revisión.
